NorthWest4’s priority for Year 1 will address young people 17- 25years. Young people within Moonee Valley, Moreland, Darebin and Hume City Council have the highest proportion of serious injuries across the four municipalities. Northwest 4 wish to address the causes of serious injuries within the affected community of young people including inexperience, speed, mobile phone use and drink driving.
